It’s been big news in Bristol this week for theatre fans. Record-breaking musical Wicked, will be returning to the Bristol Hippodrome for a four week run next year.

The show is no stranger to Bristol audiences, playing to packed houses in 2015 and seen by over 70,000 people.

Now it’s back again from Tuesday 06 February – Saturday 03 March 2018 with tickets on sale from 01 February 2017.

“I am absolutely delighted that audiences in and around Bristol have another chance to see Wicked, a true West End blockbuster! Wicked was so popular on its last visit in February ’15, it was the talk of the town,” Jenny Hutchinson, General Manager, Bristol Hippodrome said.

“Although we’ve only just welcomed in the New Year, we can’t wait until Glinda and Elphaba fly back into Bristol in 2018. My advice, book early!”

Wicked is the 17th longest running show in West End history and has been seen by more than 50 million people worldwide.

The show is recommended for children aged seven years plus, but last time it was in town we watched with a well behaved and enthralled 5 year old.

We think it’s a brilliant show, when it was last in Bristol we gave it 10/10: http://chopsybaby.com/magazine/wicked-at-the-bristol-hippodrome-review/

Do bear in mind when booking, children under 3 years of age will not be admitted to the show.
