Working parents do make up the quality time during holidays

Working parents are often criticised for not being around enough for their children.

But they do make the time up cramming quality time in during the holidays.

Parents who work are found to spend an average 81 minutes of good quality time with their child every day.

This increases to more than ten hours per day when on holiday.

According to cottages4u, parents most enjoyed the chance to visit historical UK landmarks and attractions with their child to improve their knowledge about British culture.

Parents also enjoyed their holiday because it gave them the chance to spend time bonding with their children.
