8Bit Planet Moves To The Galleries

Popular video game and collectables store 8Bit Planet, will be opening in The Galleries this month.

The shop has moved from Rupert Street near the City Centre to the busy shopping area in Broadmead.

It will be welcoming customers on 24 July 2026 with a ‘grand reopening’.

Despite being slated to be knocked down, The Galleries is still standing resolute throughout 2026.

The new store location opens on the ground floor next door to the newly opened pop-up Kong Shop.

8Bit Planet will be open 11am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 11am – 5pm on Sundays.
