Increase wholegrain foods to reduce risk of colorectal cancer

Boosting your intake of fibre, could save you from developing colorectal cancer.

A new study published on the British Medical Journal website, finds that increasing the amount of fibre you consume from cereal and whole grains will help protect against cardiovascular disease and colorectal cancer.

Wholegrain foods to increase in the diet include wholegrain breads, cereals, oatmeal, brown rice and porridge.
