What is it?
Organix have launched a new line of Goodies Organic Veg & Oat Bars. The savoury snack is designed to keep toddlers going between meals instead of sweet treats.
The Tomato and Carrot bars contains dried tomato and carrot juice concentrate in wholegrain oats.
Organix promise a ‘goodness guarantee’ meaning no added sugar, salt, artificial additives or colours are used.

Tessa says: “I am very careful to make sure Tarrie doesn’t eat junk food. I’m a bit of an ogre about it. There are times when I’m shopping or travelling when dropping or eating grapes is not suitable. And raisins get everywhere.
“I have been trying a box of the Tomato and Carrot bars in those times between meals when she could do with a little extra. Like when we go to soft play.
“The bars are oaty and bendy like a flap jack but not flaky at all. They don’t drop crumbs everywhere either. Tarrie can’t quite manage a whole bar even though they are not huge. I tried some myself. They are quite tangy and I wasn’t keen, but Tarrie was happy to eat them. I suppose they are made for toddlers and not adult tastes.
“I must admit it was convenient to have one in my bag for emergencies.”
