Teething babies. One of the hardest stages of parenting to go through. It generally starts around the age of six months once you have settled into a routine and become used to getting a night’s sleep again.
Teething can hit a parent hard as well as a baby. Little ones suddenly experience sore gums, red cheeks and of course, disrupted sleep patterns.
Nelsons Teetha is a homeopathic remedy designed to sooth and calm the symptoms of teething. Each dose contains 6c of natural Chamomilla and is ready to administer from a small sachet. The remedy is granulated and dissolves in the baby’s mouth.
It can be emptied in the mouth by carefully tipping the contents of the sachet in. Parents may find it easier to apply it directly to the child’s gum with a clean finger
Mother Nessa Jenkins with 18 month old Teegan says: “Teething seems to have lasted 18 months so far, but right now it is hellish. Mostly at night. Teegan seems to wake in pain about half an hour after going to bed. Not even infant paracetamol and ibuprofen seems to touch it.
“I have used Nelson’s Teetha and is does seem to help her settle back to sleep quite quickly. And I know it works because I had a wisdom tooth taken out recently and I used this to help with the terrible pain I was getting afterwards. Magic stuff.”
Liv Charlton uses Nelson’s Sootha to try and make 15 month old Becca better with winter coughs.
Liv says: “This is the third cough Becca has had since she was born. Each time I have been into the pharmacist they say there is nothing that can cure the cough, just help with the symptoms. I have been using the Sootha with Becca. I obviously can’t say that the Sootha is helping but it hasn’t made it worse. It comes out the most awful brown colour and to me taste disgusting but I don’t like honey. Becca has been taking the medicine fine.”
