New Shop In The Galleries Closed Due To Maintenance Issue

Eerie Emporium only opened a few weeks ago

The ubiquitous yellow buckets around The Galleries in Broadmead have been a growing number of chess pieces over the last few years. Since the announcement that the shopping centre will be redeveloped, there has been a lot of what shoppers consider to be neglect.

But in recent months, the centre has been aiming to refill its empty units and has managed to attract several new businesses.

Eerie Emporium UK is one that opened only a few weeks ago was closed today.

In an update on their website, the shop owners said: ‘A LITTLE UPDATE FROM OUR EERIE SHOP… ?
Unfortunately, our poor Eerie shop has been flooded and is currently undergoing structural repairs, which has meant we’ve had to close our doors for a few days. ?

‘BUT… we’re nearly ready to welcome all you lovely customers back into our new temporary unit! ??

‘We’re moving into the former Clare’s shop which is practically opposite our Eerie Shop — and we’ll be working night and day tomorrow to make sure we’re ready to open our doors again this Wednesday! ?

‘A huge thank you to all of you for your patience and understanding, and a massive shoutout to The Galleries management team for helping us get back up and running so quickly. We really appreciate you! ??

‘And after all… it’s October, spooky season! ?? So we absolutely cannot wait to show you all our new stock and welcome you into our new space!

‘? See you all Wednesday!! ?’
