Free swimming lessons on Haven Holiday breaks this summer

Youngsters holidaying with Haven this summer can stay safe in the water as the company are offering free swimming lessons.

The Learn2Swim programme, which runs across the company’s 35 holiday parks and taught by fully qualified lifeguards will help babies, children and even adults become more water confident and teach them to swim without costing an extra penny.

Haven’s Sports and Leisure Director, Marcus van der Gaag said: “Many of our guests say that being on holiday is an ideal time to have swimming lessons especially if they are on the holiday park for a week or more.

“Our lifeguards are all trained to the highest standard and there are five levels of achievement to aim for with certificates presented at each stage.  They range from initial water confidence to swimming 50 metres.”
