Grand opening of bear store calling for children to help make teddies

Local children will be able to help make teddies for charity at fluffy new store opening in Bath.

The Build-A-Bear Workshop will be opening the doors to a brand new store in Southgate this week.
 
Bearemy, the store’s giant friendly bear and Tommy’s representative TV presenter David Benson Phillips, are both looking forward to meeting children at the grand event.

As part of the special day, the first 100 guests to visit the store will be able to help make special bears to be donated to baby charity Tommy’s for free

The event will be taking place on Friday 17 September from 9am.

The new store is at 7 Southgate Street in the city centre.
