Average parent treats their child to £100+ of apps
It seems the art of imagination has finally died, with parents downloading apps to keep kids occupied.
Parents in the UK who own an iPad or iPhone, are spending up to £100 on apps for their children.
According to a survey of 1,726 parents from VoucherCodesPro.co.uk, the average app downloaded cost £3.99, with the average number of apps downloaded coming to 26.
Parents said they downloaded apps for their children as a distraction or reward technique.
