BabyBjörn Say go for Airology This Summer

BabyBjörn reckon their Airology fabrics are just what you need for this ridiculously hot weather.

The BabyBjörn Bouncer Bliss, Baby Carrier One and Travel Cot Light all come in a patented air mesh fabric which helps with airflow as well as being able to see the baby clearly.

Senior Textile Designer Lisen Elmberg says: “When we started our search for airy materials, we couldn’t find any that were soft enough for babies. Existing mesh fabrics were mainly used for protective and sports clothing. So we developed our own mesh fabric with the characteristics best suited to babies. The result is one of our most sophisticated materials – a soft, breathable 3D mesh. It consists of three layers that have been knitted in one single process: an outer and an under layer in thin mesh, with an intermediate layer of fine, single-strand fibre. It’s this single-strand fibre in the intermediate layer that makes the mesh soft and elastic like a mini mattress, while the knitting technique helps to keep it airy.”

We’ve found BabyBjörn products really good quality that will last through siblings.
