Bizzy Bits Review

It’s great to see a good quality construction kit that isn’t Lego, arrive on the desk here. Bizzy Bits, is a really interesting set featuring shapes that lock together with a ball and socket system.

It’s ideal for both creativity and fine motor skills and gives construction minded children a real way of extending their ideas behind simple bricks.

Bizzy Bits can make moving vehicles, structures, wearable art or even your typical randomly clipped together shapes that toddlers love making.

But, Bizzy Bits gets even better. Amongst the sets of cars or gliders you can buy, there are two really great sets that are perfect to add.

The Inclusion Faces (£4.80) and Mirror Sets (from £45) are great both for children with additional needs and making settings inclusive.

The mirror sets offer a great sensory opportunity for children to use both their skills and love of construction to also explore facial expressions and emotions.

The Inclusion Faces feature faces that have birthmarks, eye patches, hearing aids and blank sets to add your own face as necessary.

It’s great to see a unique effort in the toys industry to create a construction set not only with universal appeal, but one that embraces differences and offers play opportunities for children with additional needs.

Suitable for children age three years upwards.
