Bristol Bins Under Attack In Broadmead

Bins in Broadmead have been blocked off with plastic sheeting severely limiting the number available for the busy shopping area.

It’s not clear what in the X Files Black Oil has been going on, but a black tarry substance melted to the pavement has leaked from underneath each bin.
