Bristol City Council set stunning example of pavement parking

It was an early morning visit to the bakery, which meant this Bristol City Council van absolutely had to be parked on double yellow line, most of the pavement and stop wheelchairs, visually impaired people, those with prams or other disabilities from being able to safely pass.
