Bristol Protesters in St Jude’s winding down this evening
A TERF (Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists) war broke out in the St Jude’s area of Bristol this evening, when protesters arrived to condemn an event taking place inside Jam Jar.
Sisters Uncut Bristol, protested outside the venue on Little Ann Street, against the We Need to Talk About Sex talk tour, which they say spreads hate speech against transgender women.
The event included Heather Brunskell-Evans, Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull, Nicole Jones and Miranda Yardley who are still discussing the Gender Recognition Act and how they believe it impacts on the rights of women and children.
Avon and Somerset Police stood down at just gone 8pm.
