Ah while I remember @cllrtimkent I seem to recall you were told at the last People Scrutiny that there would definitely not be any EHCP backlog from 2019 this year.

It's David Bowie Appreciation Day. It's not an official event, just the theme of today at home. He was a truly unique talent and individual. There's no one comparable in my opinion.

I know these are cherished schools, but one of them failed my daughter badly. She missed over a year of school even with an EHCP. Initially school told the council she didn’t need an EHCP. She now has one, has gone full time at a special school and been diagnosed as autistic.

During winter clothes in small flats in the winter. I’d forgotten how hard this is. Everything ends up drying with a damp smell.
