Check list for babymoon planning

For many pregnant women, uninterrupted sleep, comfy shoes and a seat on public transport feature pretty highly in their Need to Have list.

But according to 1000 soon-to-be parents polled by Skyscanner, it’s a temperate climate, fresh air and amazing food at the top of the list for those planning to jet off on a babymoon.

It’s becoming one of the latest must-do Pregnancy Things. A romantic getaway with your partner before the baby comes.

Around a third of parents-to-be claimed they did this to relax and spend time in each other’s company.

Mums-to-be thinking about embarking on one of these trips should plan carefully.

Checking flight cut-off points for pregnant women, avoiding spas and making sure everything is covered by insurance are critical to avoid things going wrong.
