Chopsy Baby is Reviewing: DVD Releases – Something Special, The Octonauts and Deadly 60

Youngsters can catch up with Mr Tumble any time, with this new DVD release – Something Special Mr Tumble and Me.
Justin Fletcher fronts this fab show, working with children with learning difficulties. He brings alive the Makaton signing programme, through exploration of the world around him and through his ‘family’ the Tumbles.
There are eight fantastic episodes on this DVD, which will help young ones explore Makaton concepts in pet shops, doctors and friends.
Watch out for the other wonderful Tumble characters including Lord Tumble, Aunt Polly and Grandad Tumble.
This series really is Something Special.

Surprisingly educational, preschoolers will genuinely learn facts about creatures in the ocean with these stories.
Each episode will be followed by its corresponding Creatures Reports – a short sharp burst of singing, dancing and facts.
This DVD includes episodes Midnight Zone and Snot Sea Cumber.
The Octonauts is one of the less irritating children’s programmes on CBeebies. You won’t mind this one on repeat while you do the washing up.

The Deadly 60 airs on Children’s BBC, but is suitable for those in the top end of CBeebies viewing. New DVD from the series – Deadly Top Ten follow the enthusiastic Steve Backshall as he counts down the most dangerous creatures on the plant. This DVD is perfect for those children growing out of the Octonauts. Steve will be exploring the sea, jungle and sky for deadly creatures including the grizzly bear, tiger shark and net throwing spiders!
