Chopsy Baby is Reviewing… The Big Family School Year Diary 2013/2014
It can be hard to find a diary diverse enough to plan out for yourself and other members of the household. Layout is key, as is the space to be able to fit all the information in. But this fantastic Family Diary by Mums’ Office, has absolutely everything you need, as well as things you didn’t realise you needed but actually you do. The thin hardback diary comes in the colours purple, turquoise or pink, and covers the academic year from the August to the August 2014.
The main layout is spacious with the first page dedicated to the main care planner. The second page has five columns which can be allocated to need. There is plenty of space to include all information required. The layout is excellent and when filled in complete, does not become muddled.
There are sections at the front for filling in all personal details and details for each of your children. This may be useful for some families, though some caution should be shown if the book is to be taken out of the house. The section on Need to Know Numbers is great and includes spaces for things such as bank, lock smith, schools, health visitor and vitally, takeaways.
To avoid uncertainty, this pocket money record is also a useful section. Other sections include Travel Plans, In Case I Lose My Mobile and Notes at the back.
This is a really fabulous diary, one perhaps best left next to the phone considering the amount of personal information in it is more than the average Facebook profile.
If you have been juggling diaries for all these years and failed to get one to suit, the Big Family School Year Diary is a sure fire winner.
