Daisy Doodles by Michelle Robinsons, Irene Dickson and Tom Weller – Review

Our View: Perfect story telling. A magical blend of words, illustrations and photography

Rating: 10/10

This lovely story transports the readers through a magical porthole and into a world where the imagination is completely unlimited.

Daisy doodles a little mouse on a wet, rainy day. Inexplicably, the mouse suddenly comes to life. Between them they create a Doodle world and like Alice in the background, travel to a fantastical world. There’s also some fun cat spotting to be done throughout.

This is one of those brilliant children’s books which gets the balance of illustration, photography and general graphic design just right.

This is a lovely book which will be perfect for four year olds.
