Doctor Who Filming of the 60th in Bristol – New Trailer Out

Results of the Doctor Who Bristol filming featured in the latest trailer, which is causing much excitement: Excitement is growing for the forthcoming 60th Anniversary series of Specials of Doctor Who. A brand new trailer dropped at the end of September for the three specials, due to be aired in November 2023. Fans have dissected every piece of available filming footage as well as trailers for any hint of what might feature in the storyline.

David Tennant takes break from busy crowd scenes in Doctor Who filming back in Bristol during the summer of 2022

The three episodes – The Star Beast, Wild Blue Yonder and The Giggle – caused a surge of interest during the summer of 2022, when film crews took over Bristol City Centre. Chaotic crowd scenes dominated the action on Clare Street. Broad Street was the scene of evening rainy shots and what is presumed to be the Toymaker’s shop.

David Tennant and Catherine Tate as well as Neil Patrick Harris, were all seen in central Bristol filming. Here’s a flashback to some of those moments.
