Families remain sceptical of political parties
Families are remaining healthily sceptical of political parties this general election with 60 per cent of us not finding any party policies genuine or relevant.
The election day winner will have their work cut out for them with 32 per cent of parents not believing any party has the power to make Britain more family friendly.
Making the UK safer and reducing crime is the biggest priority for parents, over and above creating more flexible working hours, finds the research by the annual National Family Week.
The event running from 31 May to 6 June 2010, will see more than 5000 events running over the half term holiday aiming to get families to spend quality time together.
