Free Help For EHCP Tribunals in Bristol

A free event is running for parents and carers in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire to help parents and carers understand Sendist Tribunals.

Send And You are hosting the event and will be joined by Claire Jackson, a qualified paralegal with more than 19 years of experience working in SEND.

Claire will be covering going to Tribunal for issues with Education Health and Care Plans. This will be for those who are needing to appeal a Local Authority’s decision to carry out an assessment, issue a plan, appeal the contents or the placement.

There will be time for a Q&A session at the end.

The event takes place online on Thursday 07 April 2022 from 10.30am -1.30pm.
