Fruity shower smoothies from Radox
The blurb on the packet insists that these smoothies should not be drunk no matter how much you want to. At first this seemed a strange thing to put on to the label. That was until we opened them.
These smoothies must surely contribute to your 5 a day, and if they don’t well they should do.
They are packed full of natural ingredients such as fruit pieces, seeds, almond meal and real loofah bits.
We tried out the:
Natural Balance
This smells amazing. It makes you want to drink it but the label says no. This is a yogurt and honey smoothie, packed with other interesting and yummy smelling things. It feels great on your skin and is a genuinely relaxing experience.
Energy Therapy
When you first smell this it really manages to give you a kick. It is fresh, zingy and energizing. This one contains get up and go ginseng, gurana and lemongrass. Perfect for first thing in the mornings to get a spring in your step. It’s our firm favorite.
