My Hero aims to help children learn from their mistakes and develop a Growth Mindset. This is an encouraging concept that breeds resilience so children keep trying to achieve a goal or try again in a different way. It’s the new buzz word which allows headteachers to retire and lecture Growth Mindset to schools as part of CPD.
