Our Verdict: Perfect Pram on Bus Book

From popular CBeebies show, Duggee is a big cuddly dog who is in charge of the Squirrel Club at the Clubhouse. It’s a charmed world of tiny animals getting joy from simple play activities. That is until Duggee’s baby nephew turns up and causes chaos.

It’s the perfect book to keep at the bottom of the pram if you travel on buses a lot. It can prove a good distraction pointing and chatting about the activities going on. The final page offers some activities for the young reader to try as part of earning their own Puppy Badge – you do have to cut this out of the book at the end, which is a sacrilegious activity too far for us!

It’s aimed at children from three years upwards, but it will do just as well for a supervised child from 12 months
