How to recognise the signs of meningitis

Tesco Baby & Toddler Club has launched a video for parents containing information from the Meningitis Trust helping parents to recognise the symptoms of meningitis.

According to their research, six out of ten parents don’t feel confident about recognising the signs of meningitis despite the condition killing within four hours.

Babies and children under the age of five years are most at risk because they don’t replace the natural immunity they get from their mothers until school age.
