Though the winter nights are closing in and Christmas is on its way, the British Leafy Salads Association is determined that people should not be neglecting their five-a-day.
The website hosts some easy, “no cook” recipes for parents and children to make together and an animated character called Lenny Lettuce and downloadable colouring in sheets to entertain children
