Live web help for parents and carers of deaf children

Parents and carers of deaf children and young people can now access a new online live chat service to help them deal with aspects of childhood deafness.

The National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS) is offering information and advice on audiology, pre-school support, education, local services, welfare and technology.

For information on childhood deafness parents can contact the NDCS Live Chat or call the Freephone Helpline on 0808 800 8880 (voice and text), or email helpline@ndcs.org.uk, Monday to Friday, 9.30am-5pm.
