LOKI POKE Opens in St. Nicholas Market

Popular independent opens in new central Bristol location

Bristol’s LOKI POKE, has opened a second permanent site in St. Nicholas Market.

With its range of health and freshly-made rice bowls, the independent brand quickly grew from a lockdown project into one of the city’s most popular independents.

The bowls come with sushi rice, in-house sauces, pickles, fresh veg and poké – the ingredients inspired by Hawaiian and Japanese flavors.

The company opened its first permanent site in Wapping Wharf in 2021 as well as taking to festivals – including Glastonbury.

Now it’s branching out with a second site in the South Arcade on All Saints Lane.

Founder & Managing Director of LOKI POKE, Georgia Hussey called St. Nicholas Market “iconic”.

She said: “LOKI POKE has been so well received by the city of Bristol, with the community sharing our enthusiasm for sustainable and ethical business, as well as delicious food. The local support has seen us to go from strength to strength, and the expansion allows us to share this passion with even more people.”
