Mums worry themselves silly
Despite what the media would have us believe about the various different social classes of UK mums, one thing that unites them all is the big worries of bringing up children
In fact, it appears that mums are worrying themselves silly about how they deal with motherhood and getting everything just right.
A survey by Hallmark’s cancer Cards for a Cure campaign, polled 1,000 UK mothers to find out what their worries were and how much they actually worried.
A whopping 48 per cent of first time mums constantly worried if they were doing things right.
More than a quarter didn’t want their children to grow up and a further quarter worried about the time when their child moved out so they could no longer keep a safe eye on them.
