New time saving fitness programme for mums on its way

New mums will be able to take advantage of a soon-to-be launched fitness programme to help them regain their pre-pregnancy figure and stay active.

Using the Power Plate machine and the expertise of a programme devised by post-natal fitness expert Jenny Burrell, mums can do a full body workout in as little as 15 minutes.

The Power Plate machine can target specific muscle groups, so a programme can be drawn up targeting the areas that hit mums the most – the pelvic floor and lower abdominal muscles.

The Power Plate machine works by transferring vibrations to the muscles in the body causing them to contract in an automatic reflex action. Three short sessions each week are enough to make a difference when used as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Jenny is currently training new mother and This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby using the post natal program.
