Rivals Filming in Queen Square Bristol

Queen Square took a step back in time this afternoon, as filming took place for TV series Rivals.

Bristol once again doubled as London for the eight-part show is based on Jilly Cooper’s Rivals. The story focuses on rivalry between characters Rupert Campbell-Black and Tony Baddingham.

It’s being filmed by production company Happy Prince to be broadcast on Disney+

Cast includes David Tennant, Aidan Turner, Katherine Parkinson and Lisa McGrillis.
