The Olympic Torch route and timings in Bristol

The torch will be getting to Bristol today Tuesday 22 May at 5.53pm on Bryant’s Hill A431.

It will go through the St George area of Church Road A420 to Old Market and through Castle Park at 6.45pm.

It will go along Welsh Back at 6.50pm and arrive by boat at the Amphitheatre celebration at 7.20pm.

The torch gets going again on Wednesday 23 May at 5.54am from College Green and along Hotwell Road to Pooles Wharf. Then it gets put into the van until it gets to Flax Bourton.

The torch comes back to Bristol across the Clifton Suspension Bridge at 7.53am and leaves the city through Henleaze and Southmead at 9.05am. It goes back into the van again until it gets to Filton.
