The Tropical Cyclone water ride to open at Center Parcs, Elveden Forest November 2012

A new £4m water ride will be opening at Center Parcs this November, as part of a  major investment into the Swimming experience across all four UK villages.

The Tropical Cyclone will open at Center Parcs, Elveden Forest and has been designed to emulate the experience of rafting three of the greatest rivers on Earth -the Zambezi, Iguazu Falls and the Naruto whirlpools of Japan.

Water flow on the ride will reach 25,000 litres per minute as a clover-shaped raft takes families through a series of twists and turns.

As well as the Tropical Cyclone, Elveden Forest will also open The Lagoon, a new child-friendly, family pool.

Center Parcs has been 25 years in the UK this year, with the new water feature topping the celebrations.
