WD 2.200 Kärcher MPV Vacuum Cleaner Reviewed
Billed as a product for occasional and serious DIYers, the MPV from Kärcher, is capable of more than a quick vacuuming after occasional drilling.
No, it’s not all about sucking up bits of LEGO, plasterboard and Moon Sand. This MPV is capable of sucking up spillages, liquids, blocked sinks and even dry hair and dislodge dirty garage corners with its powerful blower function.
It is simple to put together and its brilliant design includes slots for all parts of the suction hose and tubes to tidy away after use. There will be no tripping over anything here and the MPV takes up very little space in storage.
Another great design feature is that is it bagless. That means no bags to empty, no bags to buy and when full, simply up end the contents into the bin.
It’s incredibly light weight which will make stairs and other areas that require cleaning with the precision balance of an acrobat a doddle.
Chopsy Editor Jen Smith Says: “On initial inspection, I thought the MPV wouldn’t be up to much. Having nothing but a faithful Henry to compare it to, it seemed like a cheaper model. This is a really wrong impression. The 2.200 model is lightweight, easy to manoeuver and is powerful enough to get floors really clean. A very impressive vacuum.”
