18 per cent of parents still not monitoring their child's online activity
When it comes to parents monitoring their children’s internet usage, it appears that most mums and dads have got the message.
A majority 72 per cent of parents actively monitor what their child is looking at and doing over the internet.
Nearly 37 per cent of parents worry that their children will be exposed to inappropriate content online, but 18 per cent of parents are still relying primarily on parental control software, rather than overseeing their child’s activity for themselves.
