Photography competition to capture motherhood

If you are looking for an activity on a boring, wet weekend, a new photography competition  launched by Hallmark Cards could fill in a few hours.

Hallmark are looking for an image to represent motherhood with the winner getting their picture on a Hallmark card for the public to buy.

Open to everyone in the UK, from children to adults, images can be capture on top notch cameras or  a camera phone.

The only criteria is entries must reflect motherhood and be the entrants own work.

There are two categories: up to 17 and 18 years plus.

Winners will also receive £1,000 worth of photography equipment.
