The school run itself is likely to contain its own 20 stressful and irritating features, but surprisingly only comes in 12th position in the list of the most stressful things to happen in a parent’s day.
According to a new poll of 2,000 parents by belVita Breakfast, parents spend an average of two hours a day feeling stressed in relation to child rearing difficulties and flash points.
With the list of things mainly containing school day related stresses and routines, it’s not a surprise that 87 per cent said they looked forward to weekends when they could forget about the school run.
