Advice for quitters on No Smoking Day
It’s getting closer to Wednesday 11th of March, the No Smoking Day for 2009.
The South West is gearing up to stub out cigarettes for good, and to drive home the benefits of becoming smoke free.
Events will be taking place across the region, and local NHS Stop Smoking Services will be providing advice and support to those who wish to quit.
In Bristol, there will be a double-decker bus at the podium. in Broadmead giving out advice from 9am-5.30pm, and an interactive smoking stand in Cabot Circus shopping centre.
