Council testing new lighting technology

Bristol City Council is currently trialling a new green lighting technology.

The technology will save money on the cost of street lighting whilst also improving the safety for pedestrians and cyclists.

TraxEyes, which costs less than £4 each, glows for 12 hours after just eight minutes of daylight and requires no wiring, electricity or batteries.
