Our Verdict: Great illustrations but clumpy writing and murder mystery content

Detective McWoof and best friend Wanda are on the case of a missing artist, in this potential murder mystery for pre-schoolers. This could have been a brilliant book and the illustrations are first rate. But whoever thought that a wife potentially killing her husband by casting him in a statue was a good storyline for young children must have been on the glue.
