Father’s Day forgotten with rubbish gifts

One in five people surveyed admitted to often forgetting Father’s Day, with a shocking 15 per cent of the UK believing that Father’s Day is not as important as Mother’s Day.

Of those dads that were remembered by family, many claim to be receiving rubbish gifts. The top five worst possible gifts given to the paternal influence in people’s lives were:

SOCKS – 22%

SOAP ON A ROPE – 19%

A CD THEIR FATHER ALREADY HAS – 11%

AFTERSHAVE GIFT SET – 10%

RANDOM SPORTSPERSON’S BIOGRAPHY – 9%
