Female owned franchise business are increasing

More women than ever are turning towards a franchise to set up in business.

The British Franchise Associations’ recent survey finds that 27 per cent of all franchise owners in the UK are now women.

There are 835 franchise brands in the UK employing more than 467,000 people.

Women are enjoying the security of buying into a recognised business model that has already gone through the groundwork start up phase.

This shows an impressive growth over the last ten years.

Just a decade ago, the figure stood at 20 per cent.
