Free CPR Training Sessions Taking Place in Broadmead Bristol

Free CPR training sessions will be taking place in Broadmead this Sunday to help the public know what to do when people experience an out of hospital cardiac arrest.

The drop-in event will be taking place outside of Boots in Broadmead on Sunday 16 October between 10am and 3pm.

The event is part of Restart a Heart Day, an annual worldwide campaign funded by the European Resuscitation Council.

Trained student volunteers from University of Bristol, working with University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, will be providing the training.

A further session will be taking place on Wednesday 19 October in the South Bristol Community Hospital Atrium.
