New Milton Washing Up Liquid for Removing Milk Residue on Baby Bottles

Sterilising experts Milton, launched a new washing up liquid last month which has been specially designed for removing traces of milk from baby feeding equipment.

The Milton Washing Up Liquid has a transparent gel like texture which creates an easy rinse foam in water.

The pump bottle dispenses a small amount of the liquid which is free from fragrance, colouring and parabens.

The aim of the product is to make sure that all baby feeding equipment – such as bottles, teats, breast pump components and even the washing up – is free from that gritty or greasy residue milk can leave behind.

Spokesperson for Milton, Christine Dugendre said: “Parents often complain of babies bottles containing a residual smell of washing up liquid after cleaning with regular liquid, and many worry about the harmful effects of milk residue on babies’ health. Our new washing up liquid alleviates these concerns, it cleans effectively and has no fragrance.”

The Washing up liquid retails at £3.99 and is available from Ocado and Sainsbury’s.
