Parents spending £240 a year bribing their naughty children
Parenting technique – bribery – is costing parents an average of £240 every year.
In an attempt to stop their children misbehaving, 61 per cent of parents have resorted to buying something to keep them sweet.
But this is costing 64 per cent of parents £20 a month, whilst 9 per cent have no financial limit when it comes to getting their child to behave.
The research from MyVoucherCodes app, discovered that the bribery was to stop parents from feeling embarrassed by their children’s naughty behaviour.
