Organising and holding your child’s first birthday party can be a surprisingly stressful experience. Where will you hold it? How much will it cost? Who will your child invite? Will anyone actually turn up? Will everyone turn up because though your four-year-old hasn’t advertised it on Facebook, they certainly told everyone in the playground to come! And, the political minefield of handing out invitations at the end of the school day is positively painful. Getting it right weighs heavily on the mind because sadly, friendships can be made or broken on the back of the guest list.

But after the weeks of stress, the one solid thing a parent booking a party at Bristol based Tiny Terrawayz can be sure of, is that the experience will be nothing less than the best.

There are several soft play centres in Bristol, but Tiny Terrawayz remains the daddy. Its popularity and loyal customers are the deserved result of someone who knows how to run a business well, keeping family and excellent customer service at its very heart.

It is worth repeating excellent customer service, because there are plenty of welcoming smiles and help on hand should you need it. When you approach the food counter, there are no staff huddled around, no staff chatting to each other as you try to place an order and essentially, there is a full set of please and thank yous on offer.

Any business that is customer focused, should take the time to take children to Tiny Terrawayz. There is much that can be learned from a visit. Theirs is not the corporate “have a nice day” approach, growled by harassed and stressed employees through gritted teeth.

It is staffed by friendly and intelligent people. The soft play has to be one of the safest around. Baby zones are clearly separated, there are no sudden drops or dangerous slides and the cleanliness is impeccable.

There are no worries about taking a back seat and keeping an eye on your child from a distance. Entry and exit to the venue is by a staff manned gate and little runners will not be able to escape.

Tiny Terrawayz birthday party package includes soft play, unlimited squash, time in the well -presented party room and excellent quality food. They resist the temptation to rush parties in and out as fast as possible. Their friendly and obviously experienced staff make sure children are not hurried and are on-hand to make sure everything runs flawlessly. The party lasts for two hours but at the end, you are not booted out of the door. Children can continue to play until exhausted, but you will find that after 2 – 3 hours, you will be ready to leave.
