Sarah Harding to take the role of Molly in Ghost – The Musical at The Bristol Hippodrome

The casting news met with mixed reactions on The Stage Facebook page. Now The Bristol Hippodrome has also confirmed that Sarah Harding will be appearing in this year’s tour of Ghost – The Musical when it comes to the South West venue.

It will be The Girls Aloud star’s stage debut as Molly, a role famously played by Demi Moore in the 90’s film.

As Patrick Swayze Sam, Andy Moss from Channel 4’s Hollyoaks and various other soap roles will be stepping into the spectral role.

The show which has already toured at the Bristol Theatre, was one well worth a watch, with its haunting love story and fabulous effects.

Producer Bill Kenwright said: “Ghost is a story full of hope, and is one of those films which never leaves you. The book by Bruce Joel Rubin and score by Dave Stewart and Glenn Ballad come together wonderfully in one of my favourite new musicals in years.”
