Stupid parents allow children to watch Saw series
Parents who are concerned their children are growing up too quickly should double check to see if they are partially to blame.
New research shows that a staggering 85 per cent of parents are allowing their children to play games, listen to music or even watch films that are not appropriate for their age.
A poll conducted by popular website MyVoucherCodes.co.uk, questioned the views of 1,223 parents with children under the age of 15.
Parents admitted to knowingly let their children listen to music containing explicit lyrics, with Eminem being the main culprit.
Films including the violent Saw series were among the most popular films being watched by children younger than 15 years.
When it came to game violence, Grand Theft Auto topped the charts with one in four parents admitting to playing the game with their kids.
Unsurprisingly, more than half of the parents responding to the survey also allowed their under-age child to consume alcoholic drinks.
